Booking conditions

To secure a booking with us, we require a 50% deposit. This can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

• If you are booking a property with the arrival date less than 30 days, you will need pay the full amount to secure the booking.

• Final payment is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

• Our cancellation policy is as follows unless otherwise agreed:For bookings cancelled by you up to 30 days before the start of your stay, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

• For bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start of your stay, no refund will be provided.

Upon cancellation by us, your payments will be fully refundable without restriction. This does not include cancellation by us due to failure by client to pay balance payment by due date.
